Details

Registrations close Friday, October 18. Registration packages may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Day passes will also be available for sale on site.

You may pick up your credentials at the Registration desk Sunday, October 20 through Thursday, October 24.

If you have a group of 10 or more attendees, you may register as a group. If you don’t have a group ID, please contact Barbara Grieninger before registering.

Registration confirmations will arrive via email within 24 hours of submitting an online registration. Please note a photo ID will be required to pick up your registration materials.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There will be a $150 USD cancellation fee for all cancellations made prior to September 22. No refunds will be issued after this date. Cancellations must be in writing via email to the ShowEast Registration email.

International VISA Information

If you would like to request an official VISA invitation letter for ShowEast, please email Barbara Grieninger for all VISA requests.

HOTEL INFO

Rooms in the ShowEast room block are only for people attending the convention. Please contact Jordan Scherzer if you would like to reserve upgraded rooms or suites.
