Rules & Regulations

BOOTH COSTS
All 8' x 10' booths contracted for cost $3,650 each for ICTA and NAC members and $3,950 each for non-members. All payments in U.S. funds.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
All Trade Show Applications must be accompanied by a 50 percent deposit to guarantee booth space. Balance of payment is due no later than November 3, 2008. All booths contracted for after November 3, 2008 must be accompanied by payment in full to guarantee booth space.

CANCELLATION
The Applicant has a right to cancel this agreement by December 1, 2008, with written notice, with a full refund less $500 cancellation fee for each booth. If cancellation is received after December 1, 2008, Applicant will be liable for 100 percent of the total exhibit fee.
