BOOTH COSTS Each 3m x 3m booth contracted for costs US $4200 + Dutch VAT for ICTA and NAC members and US $4300 + Dutch VAT for non-members. All payments in US funds
PAYMENT All payments for booth rentals must be paid in full with your contract. Your fee must be accompanied by the Dutch VAT (19%) in order to guarantee your booth space.
DEPOSIT A US $500 deposit per booth is mandatory to hold space. Payment in full is due by April 5, 2010.
CANCELLATION The Applicant has a right to cancel this agreement by April 5, 2010, by giving written notice. If cancellation is received after April 5, 2010, Applicant will be liable for 100 percent of the total exhibit fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
Construct Data Verlag AG of Austria, Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV of Mexico and similar companies are apparently continuing to target Nielsen tradeshow exhibitors. They offer advertising space on their Fair Guide and/or Expo Guide websites, using a form which resembles an organizer's free catalog listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory. However, exhibitors who sign and return the form are then bound to a non-terminable agreement at significant cost for a period of at least three years and automatically renewing thereafter at the same cost, unless canceled by registered letter within the appropriate period.
